[edit] Tansen Vision Conference
[edit] Inauguration service
- Praise be to God for the wonderful Vision Conference in Tansen held on 19-21 November 2007. Tansen Vision Conference was formally inaugurated by lighting the candle. At the inauguration service former Mayor of Tansen Municipality Mr. Ashok Kumar Shahi was invited as the chief guest to light the candle together with VNN National coordinator Ps. Sonam T. Kabo and the Conference Chairman Mrs. Shanti Parajuli. Before lighting the candle Ps Dil Bahadur Thapa from Tansen Hebron church prayed for the success of the conference. Speaking for a movement in given time mayor also wished success of VC there in Tansen. At end of the inauguration service Conference coordinator Ps. Bishnu Regmi presented the book called "If Jesus were Mayor" to the chief guest.
[edit] Participants
- Total of forty four participants' from eighteen different churches and organization including Tansen Mission Hospital, Nepal Campus Crusade for Christ, Little lamb preschool and several other social organizations were benefited by the conference. At the end of the conference most of participants expressed their feelings that they have attended this kind of conference for the first time in their lives and were blessed.
- The conference was considered one of best VCs because of powerful teachings, testimonies and experience sharing by number of highly regarded instructors, active participation of attendees, men and women, pleasant weather & good management. Indeed everything went well according to prayer and plan for months. Now we strongly believe the conference was able to envision the local churches to become wholistic for the better advancement of God's Kingdom in their part of the country. As its impact, number of pastors has decided to organize district and local level VC in their places to impart the vision.
[edit] The Transforming Story
- The powerful message "The Transforming Story" by Mrs. Rita Kabo was able to create environment for attendees to examine their worldview. As its impact the Mayor expressed that if there is no boundary of water baptism for becoming Christian, he is a "Followers of Christ". Both sessions taught by Rita Kabo was able to empower participants specially women participants which was significant.
[edit] ABCs of culture
- The analytical session on "ABCs of culture" by Mr. David McConkey has encouraged participants to reexamine the 'Lies' and 'Truth' in our culture that we are following knowingly or unknowing. We are to leave our old ways and enter to biblical culture which is the most essential factors for the nation to be redeemed.
[edit] pPactical sessions
- Two practical sessions (The Role of the Church and Irreducible Minimum) taught by VNN Coordinator Sonam Kabo was able to help participants focus on expressing love of Christ through act of love.
- "Kingdom Math and God's Intension for Present and Future" by Ps. Vijay Karmacharya had made a great impact to participants as inspiring teachings were intertwined with his practical ministry experience.
- The practical sessions of "Luke 2:52" and "Three "Relationship of Man" by Mr. Dil Thapa was able to inspire participants following Jesus Model of development through maintaining a balance in spiritual, social, physical and intellectual aspects of human lives.
- Since the Vision Conference deals with 'Head', 'Heart' and 'Hand', the most practical session on Seed Project was led by young man, Yagya B.K from Sagoal. Participants were able to come of with numbers of seed projects and made their commitment to implement it is their churches and communities.

- Finally, the certificates of completion of Vision conference were provided to participants by Ps. Tek Prasad Rijal, and challenged the participants to spread out this principle to the other parts of the country together.
